As former professional athletes, we understand what it means to outperform the competition and strive for greatness.: The Staging Lead will be responsible for bringing a property to market and ensuring the design of the listing is presented in a way that is most attractive to potential buyers. The Staging Lead will be responsible for:-attending the design walkthrough in order to create a staging plan-sharing and communicating the staging plan with clients to ensure they have a clear understanding of the timeline of the listing-coordinating with various tradespeople (including but not limited to painters, electricians, movers) that will assist with the design process-selecting and tracking inventory from our warehouse-assisting with rearranging furniture and accessories to maximize space and aesthetic appeal-coordinating the removal of inventory from the property-maintaining organization within our warehouse-directing and coordinating any staging associates (on an as needed basis)Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will possess:-one year of residential home staging or design experience (preferred)-a passion for creativity, real estate, and home design/decor-experience with project coordination-the ability to lift heavy objects and work within strict timelines-a reliable vehicle-strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work alongside clients, co-workers, and tradespeople-demonstrated organizational skills-customer service experience an asset-the desire to be a high achiever in a fast-paced environmentWe value diversity - both in backgrounds and experiences.
