WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME LEAD HAND TO WORK YEAR-ROUND

WHO ARE WE?

Serenity Property Management in Port Carling, Ontario, is looking for a lead hand to help manage our landscaping division. We have been in business for over 20 years and are a well-established property management company.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Starting wage is based on experience, but if you excel at this position, you will receive bonus' and pay raises incrementally. We offer company uniforms, the best landscaping equipment and the use of our fully maintained company vehicles. You only need to arrive and leave from our shop each day in Port Carling and then use our company trucks to get to and from each job site throughout the day. Full time, year-round employees will also be offered benefits. DAILY DUTIES:

Arrive punctually at our fully stocked shop each morning

Organize and load company vehicles and trailers, based on the days' duties

Direct team members as to how to assist and complete tasks in a timely manner

Transport the team to each clients' property safely and load/unload equipment and supplies

Follow client requests to ensure the service you provide is exactly as requested and beyond!

Manage staff in all aspects of high-end property maintenance, from exterior to interior duties

Provide to do lists and fully detailed worksheets on a daily basis

Snow plow and shovel all properties, private driveways and access roads during winter

Use your skills when required at properties to repair or maintain items

Perform landscaping duties using mowers and string trimmers, shovels and rakes

Keep shop organized and clean, in addition to tools and outdoor power equipment

Monitor supplies and advise of any replacement items or if new items are required

Monitor boats and watercraft at all properties and perform related tasks

Versatility to work outdoors and indoors, in all types of weather, completing a variety of different tasks

Provide fully completed worksheets for all properties' tasks completed at the end of each job

REQUIREMENTS:

Must provide clean drivers abstract and clean criminal background check

Must have current, valid clean driver license

Must be able to operate snowplow, snow blowers, ATV's, truck and trailer

Must have valid boating license and knowledge of watercraft operations

Must have carpentry skills and knowledge of tools, as well as chainsaw experience

Must have some electrical skills

Must be bondable, clean drivers abstract, clean criminal background check

Must be able to communicate effectively with high end clients and staff alike

Must have the ability to be on call for alarm company/client issues
