Presently looking for success driven individuals that posses strong skill sets in exterior finishings. Successful candidates will also posses strong construction knowledge and leadership skills. Additional framing experience will be an added asset. We focus on custom framing,steel roofing, seamless eaves trough and all coinciding aluminum work.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily job site tasks & team members
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control standards
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop work schedules and allocate resources
- Provide guidance and training to Team Members on construction techniques and safety protocols

- Proven experience in a lead hand or supervisory role within the construction industry for a minimum of 10 years,
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards
