Job Description
Looking to expand our crew for this upcoming winter season. Experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Snow clearing and Ice control at Condominiums and Commercial sites Driving crew members to sites. Using shovel, snowrator, snowblowers depending on site requirements and amount of snow. Areas serviced: Multi cities - looking for drivers for the Burlington Routes Must be prepared to work in extreme cold weather conditions Operate pickup truck. This requires early morning or late night starts, extended hours, and week-end duty including holidays Various tasks to complete the work or Prep for or cleanup after storms.
Requirements
Capable of working under adverse weather conditions Previous experience with winter services and directing crew members Dependability and reliability a must Ability to be on call 24/7 for the winter season Nov to April
A driver's license. Minimum "G" with a clean drivers abstract
Transportation to the yard located in Burlington (Blair and Mainway) Experienced with properly piling snow, spreading saltCompensation:
Can lead to full time work in spring/summer Salary is based on experience and attention to details

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Snow clearing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Class G Licence (required)
