Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and production targets are met. Identify disruptions or delays and adjust schedules as necessary to address. Develop and implement production schedules to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines. Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to maintain optimal stock for production Manage the production team, providing guidance and support to promote a safe and productive work environment. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production lines to identify areas for improvement. Work jointly with programming, project managers, and production teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines. Analyze production data and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with team members to assist in company projects and growth initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management or a similar role. Strong understanding of production planning and control methodologies. Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation based on applicable experience
