The incumbent will work with his/her supervisor to establish priorities and the general work plan for the employees under their supervision. • Successful completion of secondary education or an acceptable combination of education, training and relevant experience;
• Experience in a role focused on maintenance;
• Experience coordinating, prioritizing and assigning tasks and duties;
• Experience using MS Outlook and MS Word;
• Expert knowledge of industry standards, techniques, practices and processes involved in the provision of maintenance services;
• Strong leaderships skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both official languages (English and French); and
• Ability to coordinate teamwork and adjust schedules according to priorities and unforeseen situations.
