Build and advance your career by joining a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to excellence in support of senators and the institution.How will you contribute?The Lead Hand of Maintenance services is responsible for managing work assignments, scheduling team members, planning logistics and for verifying the overall quality of the services provided by the Maintenance team. The incumbent will work with his/her supervisor to establish priorities and the general work plan for the employees under their supervision.   • Successful completion of secondary education or an acceptable combination of education, training and relevant experience;
  • Experience in a role focused on maintenance;
  • Experience coordinating, prioritizing and assigning tasks and duties;
  • Experience using MS Outlook and MS Word;
  • Expert knowledge of industry standards, techniques, practices and processes involved in the provision of maintenance services;
  • Strong leaderships skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both official languages (English and French); and
  • Ability to coordinate teamwork and adjust schedules according to priorities and unforeseen situations.
