Lead Hand

Electrician

specializing in slab, rough-in, and finishing work. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will contribute to diverse projects and take your electrical expertise to new heights. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 4 years experience as a construction Lead Hand Electrician, particularly in low-rise and high-rise construction. Opportunity to rapidly transition into a Foreman role.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate slab, rough-in, and finishing tasks to ensure high-quality electrical installations. Demonstrate expert knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, ensuring compliance and safety standards. Mentor and guide team members, fostering their growth and development. Collaborate with the team to deliver innovative and successful projects. Contribute fresh ideas to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in any of the following: slab, rough-in, finishing work, EMT, fire alarm, or distribution. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations. Leadership skills and ability to work well within a team. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Flexibility to adapt to different project requirements. Valid driver's license.
