We have a few essential requirements. Candidates must possess a valid license and have reliable transportation to and from work. You will need to have your own tool belt and tools for the belt, steel toe boots, and be capable of lifting 50 pounds or more. Additionally, fluency in English is necessary for communication on the job.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality control standards. Utilize construction management software to track progress and manage budgets effectively. Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Review blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues that arise during the construction process.

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
