Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead to oversee various construction and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multiple trades, including carpentry, masonry, and electrical work. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage teams while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

Lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution. Oversee concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work as required by project specifications. Coordinate cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and other finishing tasks. Perform construction painting, siding installation, and roofing as needed. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery safely and effectively. Conduct construction estimating to ensure project budgets are adhered to. Manage heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Provide training and mentorship to team members in various trades including plumbing, electrical work, caulking, assembly, and maintenance person tasks. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local building codes and regulations.

Experience

Proven experience in construction or restoration roles with a strong emphasis on carpentry and woodworking. Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and masonry practices. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks. Experience in construction estimating is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs. Pay: $26.52-$41.31 per hour
