: Ashern, MB

Salary

: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (To be negotiated)

Daily duties will include:

Ensure that employees complete tasks safely & timely. Track material, tool and inventory needs. Supports employees to reach reach their goals/targets. Collaborate with supervisors and managers. Responsible for training (when needed).

Required skills:

Mechanically inclined & knowledgeable. Background and experience in electrical work. Operating heavy equipment safely & proficiently.

Education

: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience

: 3+ years of experience.

Own Tools/Equipment

: Steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses/goggles, Gloves

Transportation/Travel Information

: Valid driver's license

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

: Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods.

Work Site Environment

: Noisy, Odors, Dusty, Hot, Cold/refrigerated.

Weight Handling

: Up to 30 kg (65 lbs), More than 30 kg (65 lbs).

: Rubber products manufacturing company.
