We have designed our own application link complete with full digital signing agreements. We currently purchase more than 2000+ leads per month. We have an opening for a position in one of our core departments. Lead Generation Expert. We are seeking a full-time Lead Generation Expert to launch this new department. Your job would be to finish the setup for a new website for lead generation. This website will be the main lead capture of leads. The leads captured will be serviced by Lionsgate Financial. We have started the website. You will also create several landing pages for testing. We compiled a precise data list as to where and whom to target. You will work closely with our data analyst to perfect your campaigns and with our content writer to maximize each article post. Your primarily duties include: 1.Finish the website and ensure its fully functional. Must contain safety features, mobile friendliness and ability to track drop offs. 2. Launch specific campaigns for targeted clients. Our target audience is between 35 and 55 years old. We also have specific postal codes and locations to target. Also, we need to target bad credit and refinance. 3. Use creative key words based on clients\xe2\x80\x99 habits. Example: if our target audience visits Walmart stores based on their income, we will then use Walmart as a key word to capture our client. Mortgage keywords are very expensive. 4. Establish a monthly budget with various add message variations. 6. Set up google ad accounts, facebook accounts, landing pages and more. 5. Maintain daily check in on Facebooks, Google and other platforms for adds. Your experience should include: Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, e-Commerce, On-Page SEO, Local SEO, Keyword SEO, SEM, Local Lead Generation, Ad Copy, Blogging, and Surveys. List Building. Landing Page, Sales Funnel Creation, Avatars, Chatbots, Chat Flow Technical Writing, Whiteboard Explainer Video, Motion Graphic Videos (Scroll Stopper Videos), Voice-overs, and Digital Avatar/Spokesperson Video Voice-overs. *** COMPENSATION *** Your compensation will consist of a monthly salary pay of $3,000 and bonus for targets achieved reaching an additional $3,000 to $7,000 monthly.
