Your Role
As a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
, you'll be on the front line identifying and qualifying new B2B opportunities. You'll work closely with the sales team to fuel the sales pipeline.
Your Responsibilities
Make cold calls, send emails, and reach out via social media to establish first contact.
Qualify leads and uncover needs in IT, cybersecurity, and automation solutions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through HubSpot.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize campaign impact.
What We Offer
Base salary between
$45,000 and $60,000
depending on experience +
uncapped commissions

What We're Looking For
Bilingual (French/English) is essential.
Prospecting experience: minimum 5 years (IT or related sector is an asset).
Comfortable with cold calling and CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
Strong listening skills and ability to quickly identify business needs.
Motivation to excel and a team-oriented mindset.
