About the Role
We're looking for a
hands-on Growth Marketer (AI & Automation Focus)
to design, automate, and optimize our end-to-end growth and lead generation system.
This is
not a traditional marketing role
. You'll own outbound and inbound acquisition, CRM hygiene, automation, paid campaigns, analytics, and experimentation--building an
intelligent, automated growth stack
that scales with minimal friction.
You'll work directly with the founders and have real ownership over how growth happens.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation, Outreach & CRM Ownership
Research and build targeted lead lists aligned with ICPs
Identify decision-makers and validate contact data
Design and execute multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, forms)
Build automated outreach sequences with structured follow-ups
Track responses, manage pipeline stages, and surface warm leads
Maintain clean, accurate, decision-ready CRM data
Ensure no leads, responses, or follow-ups are dropped

2. Growth Automation & AI Workflows
Build and manage automated growth workflows using no-code tools
Implement AI-assisted prospecting, messaging, and segmentation
Automate repetitive tasks (outreach, follow-ups, CRM updates, reporting)
Continuously refine workflows for speed, quality, and scale
