Job SummaryWhat is the opportunity ?Join the Reconciliations Technology team in Capital Markets as we continuously deliver new capabilities to modernize operational business processes by delivering enterprise grade solutions. We are seeking a talented and adaptable Technology Developer to develop and maintain an existing portfolio of applications and deliver new business capabilities to our Recs-IT in Capital Markets.What will you do?Participates in the technical design, development, and implementation of application systems. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.Delivering new design and development specifications based on customer requirements, while adhering to standard procedures and techniques.Creating test transactions and running tests to find errors and revise application programs.Participating in post-implementation reviews of application development content and processes; continually working to create a learning environment by sharing about the participation process with others.Supporting the implementation of application programs; fixing any existing or new bugs.What do you need to succeed?Must Have:10+ years of practical experience with large enterprise applications full stack development.Proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies, Spring/Spring Boot, Micro-services, Web-Services, REST-APIs, Client-side technologies (AngularJS/React JS, jQuery, PHP)Proficient with SQL, working with large relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB)Hands-on experience working with technologies like ETL for data pipelines, data processing, messaging systems (Kafka, MQ) and cloud native application development \xe2\x80\x93 AZURE.Hands-on end to end application design experience along with system architecture knowledge.Mentor/guide the other technical team members for building the end to solutions.Clear and concise communication between peers during the exchange of ideas, requirements, and feedback, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and expectations. Enable developers to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proficient in the Agile development, hands-on CI/CD pipelines development experience, version control & software packaging and experience in tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, GITHUB, Consul, JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint etc.Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
