: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in framing, finished carpentry, Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction, and truss work. As the Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for leading a crew of 4-6 framers on various construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise a crew of 4-6 framers on construction sites.
• Perform and oversee framing, finished carpentry, ICF construction, and truss work.
• Ensure all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and best practices.
• Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets company standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on framing, finished carpentry, ICF, and truss work.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a crew on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$40.00 per hour
