As aLead Financial Analyston our FP team, you'll play a key role in driving strategic decisions that power the success of our Engineering organization. Your insights and analysis will directly influence how we allocate resources, invest in innovation, and grow our business.

The Lead Financial Analyst will be a key player helping lead monthly results reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, business modeling, and providing financial guidance that helps our leaders make smart, data-driven decisions. Your ability to distill complexity into clarity will be instrumental in helping our teams see the big picture.

In this high-impact role, you'll work with autonomy, collaborate across departments, and navigate input from multiple stakeholders. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:



Business partnership collaboration with Engineering leaders to develop long range plans and short-term forecasts, while tracking progress at both strategic and granular levels Financial operations support, for annual budget planning, monthly forecasting, and close processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of strategic financial insights to senior leadership. Cross-functional collaboration,working closely with the accounting team during monthly, quarterly, and year -end close process. R cost expertise,analyzing and evaluating spending categories such as Hyperscaler labs, Royalties, Internal/External labor, and supporting software. Agility and versatility,responding to evolving business needs through targeted ad hoc analysis, financial insights, org structure change support Automation - will be given opportunity to automate tasks and reporting with leeway to implement best practices across all Engineering business units

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED



5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role, with prior experience supporting R teams in the software/technology sector A bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or a related quantitative field Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial/reporting systems and BI tools. A collaborative approach with the confidence to influence cross-functional stakeholders and thrive in ambiguity
