We are seeking a highly organized

Lead Estate & Downsizing Sorter and Coordinator

who will perform all sorter duties

and

take on additional project management responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of keeping projects on track. Auction experience is a plus but can be trained for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Perform all duties of an Estate Sale & Auction Sorter (sorting, evaluating, inventorying, donation/disposal handling). Oversee daily project workflow, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Coordinate with clients, team members, and partners to ensure smooth operations. Assist with scheduling, logistics, and delegating tasks. Ensure quality control in item descriptions, photos, and presentation. Take initiative to problem-solve and make decisions independently when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

All qualifications listed for Estate Sale & Auction Sorter. (See posting) Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Excellent communication skills. Ability to make sound decisions independently. Adaptable, proactive, and reliable. Auction, antiques, or resale experience is a plus but not required. Proficiency with online tools (auction platforms, spreadsheets, basic office software) is an asset.
