Job Description


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Team Member to join our Enterprise Solutions team. Reporting to an Associate Director responsible in creating content like Presentation decks, Project Reports, Training Materials, Documentation. Able to conduct solution assessments and lead solution rollout. You will play a vital role in supporting these activities. The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded blend of both soft and technical skills, coupled with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate proficiency in creating persuasive and engaging presentations, ensuring clear and effective communication to diverse audiences.

Create and curate content, including presentation, whitepapers, project reports, documentation, etc. clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Design visually appealing and informative presentations, incorporating graphics, and data visualization to enhance the communication of information during meetings and project updates.

Collaborate with the Associate Director to conduct comprehensive solution assessments, evaluating the viability and impact of proposed enterprise solutions.

Lead and actively participate in the execution of solution rollout plans and ensuring seamless implementation.

Assist in conducting research on requirements, perform solution assessments, identify available products/solutions, providing valuable input on solution design and implementation strategies.

Proficient in formulating strategic governance and policy frameworks for existing products and processes.

Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordination, and alignment throughout the solution assessment and implementation processes.

Contribute to the creation of documentation and diagrams related to solution assessments, design, and implementation, ensuring clarity and comprehensibility.

Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Apply meticulous attention to detail in all activities, ensuring accuracy and quality in presentations, documentation, and solution assessments.

Collaborate effectively within the Enterprise Solutions and User Adoption team, contributing to a motivated and goal-oriented work environment.

To succeed in this role, you have:

3-5 years of relevant experience in solutioning, governance and policy development.

A degree or diploma in computer science, computer engineering or related discipline.

Detail-oriented mindset to summarizing information, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Aptitude to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks and manage ambiguity.

Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change.

Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Self-motivated to work collaboratively with other team members within and outside the core team.
