We are seeking a motivated, talented, experienced Senior Engineer who has Mainframe knowledge and experience to work in our end to testing team to create and execute batch schedules, build integrations, set up test data, run batches, triage defects and apply fixes. There may also be opportunity to support the product teams in designing and implementing business functionality in their assigned Platforms / Products using DevSecOps best practices.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of software engineering experience in DevOps
• Experience of setting up test data for mainframe applications, executing batches, triaging defects, applying fixes.
• Experience of creating batch schedules
• Experience of creating integrations
• Develop new features and services that are low-medium level of complexity working with the product/platform/infrastructure/security team
• Design, code, test, deploy & support working software/technology component, working collaboratively with architects and other engineers.
• Responsible for delivering clean, secure, performant code /technology components that meets all the non-functional requirements.
• Fully Owns Features. Co-owns Epic with strong guidance. Begins deeper questioning of processes in order to improve them.
• Actively participates in Development process definitions, best practices and standards.
• Create Threat Model, Architecture, Estimates, Design, Code, COTS configuration for the required business feature.
• Knowledge of and Experience in DevSecOps best practices.

Must have technical skills:

• Strong Mainframe Development Experience with Mainframe COBOL, JCL/Proc, VSAM, DB2, IMS,
• Experience of creating Batch Schedules in Control-M
• Experience of creating Integrations in MIA & Dell-Boomi
• Experience of testing/debugging tools including Abend-aid and Expediter
• Experience of database viewing tools including DataVantage and Fileaid/FileaidDB2
• Knowledge of Jira/ Agile
• Knowledge of Changeman as a source control.
