Lead program, plan and facilitate simple activities
Build a positive relationship with children, and collaborate with them to ensure that their programming is meaningful, fun, engaging, and promotes autonomy
Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and director to support learning and development

Skills & Qualifications:
Ontario Certified Teacher, RECE, Forest & Nature School Practitioner, or relevant education and or experience in childhood mentorship
Level C Standard CPR & First Aid, Vulnerable Sector Check
Demonstrate a sound understanding of forest & nature school pedagogy, social emotional literacy, play based, emergent curriculum
Demonstrate the use of effective communication skills, must be assertive
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Take initiative and be capable of implementing a daily flow, while executing transitions successfully
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3.5 per week
