Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum that fosters literacy education, math skills, and physical education. Create lesson plans that accommodate various learning styles and developmental stages. Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a positive learning environment. Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies. Foster strong communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress, including standardized testing when applicable. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes child welfare. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements

Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Ability to develop effective lesson plans and engage students in learning activities. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus. Previous experience in curriculum development, tutoring, or teaching physical education is desirable. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all students.
