Dynamic Towing & Recovery a division of All Peace Transport is seeking a dedicated and experienced

Lead Driver / Operator

to join our team In the Nisku, Leduc, and Edmonton area. The ideal candidate will possess a class 3 licence with air brake endorsement and a criminal background check. Strong mechanical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in all driving activities.

Duties

Operate commercial vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on vehicles, utilizing mechanical knowledge to identify potential issues. Move vehicles efficiently, ensuring proper loading and unloading procedures are followed. Train and mentor new drivers on best practices in driving, safety protocols, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance. Basic computer skills to learn our software (TowBook). Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding schedules, routes, and any issues that arise.

Qualifications

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) required with a recent abstract. WreckMaster Certification. Clean Criminal Background check. Proven experience in commercial driving with a strong understanding of towing and recovery. Mechanical knowledge is preferred for troubleshooting vehicle issues on the road. Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients as needed. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as required by operational needs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
