Hedgeford & Berkley is a fast-paced design and build firm founded in 2015. The company strives to create a premium service for clients undergoing residential and commercial renovations through attention to detail and high-level designs. We are seeking an experienced design Lead to create a unique design for both private residential and commercial hospitality projects. The candidate would work in a small team dedicated to creating a unique, powerful design for clients.

The candidate will be responsible for project management, leading client meetings, and leading the internal design team. The candidate will be tasked with ensuring that the client's vision is realized by working closely with both the client and the internal design team which consists of architects, interior designers and engineers. Projects include luxury private multi-million dollar homes as well as boutique commercial properties such as resorts. The candidate must be well versed in design programs to build out concepts and have proven experience in the full design and build process of multi-million dollar projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Daily meetings that support work effort Design house exterior and interior Creating visual aids that show the design intent for a space Create visual renders that support the design intent Selection of materials that show a unique application Working drawings that support the design Coordination of permit processes

QUALIFICATIONS:



Minimum 5 years of related experience Bachelor's/Master's degree in architecture, engineering or Interior Design field Track record of strong design and creativity flair Strong skills in creating visualizations for design concepts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
