Do you have a passion for cooking and leading people? Freson Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retailer, is looking for a friendly and energetic individual to be a Lead Deli Prep Cook in Hinton, Alberta (Hinton Valley Location).

Qualifications:

1-2 years of deli experience Warm and welcoming personality Comfortable working during peak grocery deli hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays) Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.

Role and Responsibilities:

Prepare food according to operational standards Assisting Deli Supervisor with managing and organizing inventory and ordering Assist in Team Member training and coaching Maintain a clean and sanitized work area Prepare special orders as per customers request Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience

Position Details:

Position Type: Full-Time Location: Hinton, AB (Hinton Valley Location) Wage: $16.00 - $19.00 / hour
