The industry I am speaking about is the home services industry.

How we are revolutionizing the home services industry is by buying businesses that are already successful in their markets and using their technology to grow and scale them much further. We have two small data teams, one team focused on BI and the other on data engineering, but what we are looking for is our key data hire amongst them. We want someone that is going to be hands on and also has the vision to take us from our simple data environment to a more complex one and take our data infrastructure to the next level. Our environment is in Snowflake, DBT, Sigma, Fivetran and AWS. As far as the technologies you have used, we aren\xe2\x80\x99t picky here, as long as you have experience in a cloud data warehouse, real data architecture experience and a vision, these are the core skillsets you will need to be successful in this role.

This is a unique opportunity to work as a high level Data engineer/Architect, still be hands on day to day building data pipelines and also influence the direction of our data environment with your thought leadership and expertise.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data engineer or Data architect or equivalent
• Strong SQL & ETL experience
• Strong cloud experience in AWS, GCP or Azure
• Strong cloud data warehouse experience in any of the main cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery or Synapse
• Good experience using data visualization technologies such as Sigma, Tableau etc.
• Exceptional communication skills

• Experience working in a product based software company
• Snowflake experience
• Experience with DBT
