Responsibilities: The Customer Service Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department while providing support, training, guidance, and back up to the Customer Service Representatives.
  • Encourage teamwork and lead by example to create a positive work environment
  • Ensure that all phone calls and emails are answered with exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate customer AR are up to date with payments posted
  • Monitor hours and approve time-off requests in UltiPro for the CSR team
  • Reconciliation of cash, cheques and credit preparation of bank deposits
  • Key new customer contracts for residential, commercial, and bottled water contracts in Watertight
  • Work with Sales Team to ensure customer contracts are keyed and installations are scheduled at the customer\xe2\x80\x99s request and within established timelines
  • Coordinate outbound calling for preventative maintenance, filter changes, annual service calls, and salt delivery
  • Ensure that all reports are assigned and completed in a timely manner

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate computer skills including the ability to work on multiple computer systems and experience learning and using complex programs
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work well under pressure
