Duties

Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to food safety standards. Coordinate meal preparation and cooking processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes. Train and mentor kitchen staff in food handling, preparation techniques, and safety protocols. Assist with serving food to customers, ensuring an excellent dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with management to develop menu items and improve service efficiency.

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings, with strong knowledge of kitchen operations. Proficient in cooking techniques and meal preparation methods. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
