Job Description

Responsibilities:

Master the Jitterbit AppBuilder (formally known as Vinyl) platform Author solution designs and implementation recommendations delivered to a variety of business and technical audiences, including experienced client managers and IT architects Conduct requirements gathering sessions and lead the solution design process jointly with customers and Jitterbit Implementation team. Prepares technical documentation and presents proposals to internal and external stakeholders Collaborates with development teams to ensure consistency and quality of proposed solutions Identify opportunities to create additional client value and expand Jitterbit's footprint Mentor and train new team members Provide feedback to Engineering and Product Management on Jitterbit products Contribute to a highly satisfactory client experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline plus 10 years of related professional experience 10+ years of client-facing technical solution delivery and implementation experience 6+ years of hands-on experience with AppBuilder 8+ years of hands-on experience with one or more Enterprise Integration platforms: e.g. Jitterbit, Informatica, Cast Iron/IBM, TIBCO, Mulesoft, Talend, Dell Boomi, Snaplogic preferred Experience with common relational database technologies: SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQLServer, etc. Familiarity with one or more leading SaaS solution: Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Workday, etc. Familiarity with common web connectivity and integration standards/protocols such as XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, ODBC/JDBC, etc. English C1/C2 proficiency - verbal and written
