What We Need



We are looking for a Lead Concrete Lifting Technician (Crew Lead) to lead a small crew (1-2 helpers) and take ownership of job quality, safety, and customer experience.

This is not a "just get it done" position. This role exists to protect quality, standards, and our reputation.

You'll be responsible for planning and executing concrete lifting and repair work from start to finish while coaching your crew and setting the standard on site.

What You'll Do



Lead and work alongside your crew on concrete lifting and repair projects Ensure jobs are completed safely, cleanly, and to company standards Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members Make sound decisions in the field (lift vs. repair, sequencing, quality checks) Hold helpers accountable respectfully and professionally Protect equipment, follow systems, and complete job documentation

Who We're Looking For



Must-Have Qualities

Direct experience with concrete lifting (polyurethane or similar systems) Proven ability to lead or take responsibility for job outcomes Calm, professional, and safety-focused under pressure Willingness to follow systems and improve how work is done
Nice-to-Have

Concrete repair, sealing, or drilling experience Customer-facing experience Equipment troubleshooting experience

Training Provided



Company-specific lifting methods and standards Job documentation and reporting Advanced decision-making and crew development

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
