Summary

We are seeking a dedicated client services representative to join and lead our reception team. In this role, you will support the veterinarians and technicians be ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both patients and their owners. As well as leading and supporting the reception staff members. The ideal candidate will possess a strong initative, excellent communication skills, and fine-tuned attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Responsible for daily accounting transactions with clients and supervision of reception/front office staff. Manage accounts receivable statements, collections, and payment plan policies. Elevate client service and experience. Function as the liaison with clients' concerns, complaints, or problems. Act as back up receptionist, may be primary receptionist from time to time. Execute client communication: reminders, follow-ups, and maximizing veterinary software uses. Responsible for maintaining the company culture of the front reception area, and overseeing any minor maintenances required. Interface with I.T. software support group, and maintain logistics of computer systems; including internet and phones.

Requirements

Love of people and animals is a must! Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patient owners and team members. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Cheerful and positive disposition. Experience in the veterinary field is an asset, but not a requirement. Experience in account client services, preferably in a veterinary setting is an asset, but not a requirement.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
