Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Cleaner. The Lead Cleaner will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations, managing a team of cleaners, and ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities to ensure that all areas are cleaned according to schedule and specifications. - Train and mentor cleaning staff, providing guidance on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures. - Conduct inspections to evaluate the cleanliness and condition of facilities, identifying areas for improvement and addressing any issues promptly. - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed and ensuring that all materials are properly stocked. - Communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns or special requests, maintaining a positive and professional relationship. - Perform cleaning duties as needed, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Requirements: - Proven experience in residential/commercial cleaning, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities and a positive attitude. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
