  • Lead the backend development team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with system architects to integrate backend services with other software systems.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
  • Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of backend services.
  • Mentor developers and contribute to the team\xe2\x80\x99s knowledge base.
  • Perform code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and maintain code quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of professional experience as a backend developer programmer or a similar role.
  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong focus on Django and Python.
  • Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with API design and development, including RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with AWS, ECS, and other cloud services is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
Nice to Have:
  • SaaS experience
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for deployment and infrastructure management.
