We take care of the marketing, lead generation, scheduling, and billing -- so you can focus on what you do best: quality service and happy customers.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair major home appliances: washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, refrigerators, and freezers. Perform appliance installations and maintenance when required. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about issues, repair options, and preventive care. Maintain organized job notes, photos, and updates through our service platform (Housecall Pro). Provide your own tools, reliable vehicle, and valid liability insurance. Deliver consistent, professional workmanship that represents FixRight and GreatNorth standards.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in appliance repair (independent or employed). Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to service most major residential brands. Must have: tools, reliable vehicle, and smartphone. Certificate of Qualification (AST) or equivalent experience preferred. Professional appearance, punctuality, and customer-first mindset.
