YOUR ROLE

The ALDO Group is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer to join our AI team in the Data & Analytics Office. The Lead Analytics Engineer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data solutions, ETL and ELT processes, and supporting the development of machine learning models and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with AWS Data Lake, Redshift, dbt, AWS Glue, Apache Hudi, Apache Athena, AWS Lambda, and SageMaker, and strong expertise in data engineering, analytics engineering, and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of data solutions, ETL and ELT processes to support machine learning models and AI solutions
• Work closely with data scientists, analytics engineers, machine learning engineers, and intelligent automation engineers to develop and implement data solutions
• Collaborate with research labs and universities to stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
• Leverage AWS Data Lake, Redshift, dbt, AWS Glue, Apache Hudi, Apache Athena, AWS Lambda, and SageMaker to develop and deploy data solutions
• Develop and maintain data models and workflows using Python and other tools and frameworks
• Optimize data pipelines and workflows to improve performance, reliability, and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and data quality

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE\'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with expertise in data solutions, ETL, and ELT processes
• Experience with AWS Data Lake, Redshift, dbt, AWS Glue, Apache Hudi, Apache Athena, AWS Lambda, and SageMaker
• Strong understanding of machine learning and AI solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
