Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary

Lead AI Engineer

to oversee the development of our AI-driven projects, primarily focused on

image and video generation

. As the lead, you will drive the strategy, architecture, and execution of our AI initiatives, collaborating closely with product, creative, and engineering teams to bring state-of-the-art visual experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models for image, video, and media content generation. Define technical direction and architecture for all AI-related initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, product, VR, engineering, marketing) to ensure alignment between business goals and AI development. Optimize model performance for real-time or high-resolution outputs. Stay at the forefront of research in computer vision, generative AI (GANs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.), and machine learning to inform future development. Establish best practices for training pipelines, data preparation, and evaluation metrics. Manage and mentor a growing team of AI engineers and researchers. Oversee model deployment, scalability, and integration into production environments and user-facing applications. Ensure AI systems are robust, ethical, and aligned with data privacy and responsible AI guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience leading AI or ML projects from concept to production, preferably in generative models (images/videos). Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Deep understanding of GANs, diffusion models, transformers, and other generative architectures. Proficiency in computer vision, image processing, and synthetic data generation. Solid knowledge of data pipelines, model optimization, and deployment (e.g., ONNX, TensorRT, cloud deployment). Strong coding skills in Python and experience with ML Ops tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. Experience with 3D reconstruction, neural rendering, or video synthesis. Familiarity with Unity for integrating AI content in immersive applications. Passion for immersive media, creative tools, or generative art.
