We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior 3D Animator to join our team who will serve a key role in leading and inspiring a team of talented artists! As a Senior Animator you'll be delivering on high-quality projects in various styles and genres! This position is fully remote!

Job Title:

Lead 3D Animator (Remote)

What You'll Do:

Lead the animation team across a variety of projects and productions, ensuring both artistic and technical excellence. Create high-quality animations with strong performance, physical motion, posing, timing, weight, lip sync, and camera composition. Provide clear direction, feedback, and mentorship to animators to maintain a consistent level of quality across the team. Collaborate closely with other departments to conduct animation tests, troubleshoot, and ensure assets are production ready. Animate complex or technically challenging shots at a high level of polish while balancing leadership duties. Review work-in-progress animations, provide constructive notes, and help push performances and details to their full potential. Partner with production to manage schedules, allocate tasks, and maintain efficiency without compromising quality.

What You Need:

Minimum five years of professional 3D animation experience, with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Advanced proficiency in Maya is required. Strong attention to detail, with proven ability to deliver animation at a high standard. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team. Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and oversee multiple projects. Flexibility to adapt to various animation styles and project needs.
