We are seeking a skilled

Veneer Layout Operator

Job Responsibilities



Set up and operate veneer press machines according to specifications Monitor and control machine settings to ensure product quality Load and align veneer sheets and core materials into the press Inspect finished panels for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Accurately complete production records and reports

Qualifications



Previous experience in veneer pressing or wood manufacturing preferred but not required Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor issues Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods Good communication and teamwork skills
