LAWYER - TRANSACTIONAL (SME)
Montreal

Our client, a multidisciplinary firm established for several years in Montreal, is currently seeking a lawyer with approximately 3 to 8 years of experience in business law to complete its team.

The selected professional will be entrusted with business law mandates arising from the multiple legal needs of the firm's clientele, which is largely composed of SMEs. You will participate in business purchase/sale transactions, organize corporate structures, perform due diligence and draft various commercial contracts. You do not need to have a client base / files in your name to apply for this position! On the contrary, you will be helping to establish the firm's future, so you will be given increasing responsibility for managing clients and taking charge of the business relationship with them.
