Position Title: Solicitor Associate - Business & Real Estate Law (URGENTLY HIRING)
Location: Abbotsford, BC
Employment Type: Full-Time | In-Office
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and services in business and real estate law matters
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for commercial and property transactions
Support and contribute to commercial lending projects
Build and maintain client relationships with a focus on timely and practical service
Work collaboratively within a team-based environment
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of solicitor-side legal experience in business and/or real estate law
Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
Strong judgment, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to professional growth
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
