We are looking to add experienced Lawn cutters to service our existing client base and take our Lawn Cutting Division to the next level. Ideally you will begin the season with Spring clean-ups, then move to our cutting crews and finish the year off with Fall clean-ups. There is the potential for year long employment in snow removal for the right candidate.

This position is also suited for university students looking to make a great income to support their studies through seasonal employment while adding technical and customer service skills to their resumes.

In this role you will:

Work as part of of a team and service designated customers every day. Operate lawn mowing equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers in compliance with technical and safety specifications. Basic equipment maintenance Communicating with customers Communicate with office staff to provide excellent service to our customers. Complete production and service reports using our systems. Enjoy working outside in different types of weather. Walk 10 to 20 km per day. Frequently move or lift 25 pounds and periodically lift up to 50 lbs. Be working 40 hrs a week with the flexibility to work extra hours as required as scheduled.

Requirements:

A valid driver's license (full G preferred) and a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. A positive attitude and 'can-do' work ethic. Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers. Be punctual, have good time management and organization skills, and an ability to work with minimal supervision. Maintain a professional personal appearance. Team player, attention to detail, reliable and punctual, great communication skills Experience towing a landscape trailer an asset Team leader position available (requires a clean drivers abstract)
Previous experience in lawn care an asset but not required

Company uniforms are supplied.

A very competitive wage $550 - $650 a week, plus bonus for completion of the whole season.
