We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of various landscapes, ensuring that lawns and gardens are well-kept and vibrant. This role requires a blend of physical labor, technical knowledge, and a passion for outdoor work.
Responsibilities
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to maintain gardens and landscapes.
Dig and prepare planting areas for new plants, shrubs, or trees as needed.
Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying any issues such as pests or diseases.
Build garden beds or other landscape features to enhance outdoor spaces.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular checks and repairs.
Drivers license and ability to drive a truck with a trailer is a must.
Skills
Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot various power tools.
Experience in gardening, including plant care and pest management.
Ability to build structures or features within landscapes as required.
Proficient in using both power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Capability to dig, plant, irrigate, and maintain diverse garden environments.
Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality results.

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
