Course Description: Crise du logement, renovictions, loyers inabordables... Les medias regorgent d'articles sur le droit du logement, et pour cause. Cependant, il est aussi l'un des domaines les moins etudies en droit quebecois. Ce cours propose une approche collaborative afin d'encourager la participation active des etudiants a son developpement.
Nous discuterons et approfondirons les elements essentiels du droit de l'habitation, ainsi que les defis qui lui sont propres, et ce moyennant des methodes d'apprentissage plus interactives. Les participants pourront ainsi developper leurs connaissances par le biais de laboratoires juridiques, des evaluations axees dans la pratique du droit et la presence de conferenciers invites. Nous cloturons la session par la remise et la presentation d'une note de recherche sur une question d'actualite dans le domaine.
TQR: At a minimum, a first degree in law. Several years of significant practice or professional experience, in the relevant area; Experience in teaching undergraduate law students in a bilingual setting.
