Law Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Law Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing files in Real Estate and Estates, with a strong ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions (purchase, sale, refinance, private lending). Handle estate planning and administration files, including probate applications, wills, and powers of attorney. Draft, review, and prepare documents, correspondence, and reports. Liaise with clients, lenders, opposing counsel. Ensure files are organized, accurate, and completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Real Estate and Estates law (Ontario). Proficiency with Cosmolex, Unity, Closer, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage files from start to finish with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
