Job Description
Our client based in Ottawa is a Largest Personal Injury Law Firm across Canada seeking a Senior Tort Clerk with 4+ years of experience specifically in Personal Injury (Tort). The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, has good customer service acumen, and a good grasp of the subject matter
Duties/Responsibilities:
File management from intake to trial Preparing correspondence, documentation, and reports Assisting with preparation for trial and hearings Coordinating and monitoring administrative functions to ensure work is completed accurately and within established time frames Preparing undertakings list, following up on productions and undertakings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
