We are seeking an experienced Law Clerk to join a dynamic legal team in Guelph, Ontario. As a Law Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the lawyers and ensuring the smooth operation of the firm. This position is based in the office and offers a collaborative and professional work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist lawyers with the preparation and drafting of legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances.
- Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Stay current with changes in legislation and legal procedures.
- Provide administrative support as required by the legal team.

Requirements:
- A diploma or certificate in law or a related legal program is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Law Clerk or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of legal procedures/ family law and regulations is an asset
