Job Description

Robert Half is urgently looking to fill the role of Law Clerk - Contracts Admin to work directly under the Senior Legal Counsel drafting and managing and contracts. The Contracts Manager position encompasses maintaining vendor and subcontracts agreements, drafting contracts, and managing contracts when necessary. - Draft, review and negotiate sales and services agreements for Canadian and US clients
- Work closely with legal and business/operational departments to support the contracting process
- Provide contract interpretation/summaries to internal departments as needed
- Update company standard forms and templates
- Maintaining and continuous improvement of contract management and administration processes
- Support the legal department in other tasks, as needed

Requirements:

- 5+ years experience in contract drafting, negotiation and/or contract management experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong work ethic and analytical skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced growing business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
