Chorney Sidhu Injury Lawyers is a well-established personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for clients and achieving strong results. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Intermediate Law Clerk to support our growing litigation team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage personal injury files from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, correspondence, affidavits, motions records, and settlement documents
Prepare and organize productions, undertakings, and medical/legal briefs
Coordinate examinations for discovery, mediations, and court appearances
Maintain limitation dates, deadlines, and court calendars
Communicate professionally with clients, insurers, medical providers, and opposing counsel
Assist lawyers with preparation for LAT case conferences and hearings, discoveries, mediations, and settlement conferences
Ensure files are kept accurate, organized, and compliant with court rules
Qualifications
Law Clerk diploma or equivalent legal education
2-5 years of experience in personal injury law (tort and accident benefits)
Strong understanding of litigation procedures and personal injury practice
Experience with court filing systems and document management
Understanding and experience with accident benefits
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Prima Fact, and Medchart
