About Us
Suds Laundry is a modern, community-focused laundromat offering self-serve and wash-and-fold laundry, along with pickup and delivery services. We pride ourselves on making laundry less stressful for our customers, and we're looking for a reliable and friendly person to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
Laundromat Duties:
Open and close the laundromat according to schedule Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Operate washers, dryers, and folding equipment Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry according to preferences Maintain cleanliness of the facility throughout the shift Monitor and report any equipment issues or supply needs Handle payments or customer inquiries
Delivery Duties:
Drive a company vehicle to pick up and deliver laundry orders Follow designated routes and schedules Ensure accurate and timely deliveries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle Communicate with customers if delays or issues arise Represent Suds Laundry with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Friendly and customer-service oriented Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods
