Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join our team at Hampton by Hilton. Located in the heart of hospitality, this role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' experience. The Laundry Attendant will play a key role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Operate laundry equipment efficiently to ensure timely service Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and guest clothing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area Adhere to safety and sanitation standards Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies Collaborate with housekeeping staff to meet guest needs Ensure all items are handled with care and returned in excellent condition

Qualifications

Proven experience in laundry services or similar role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Familiarity with laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals is preferred Previous hotel experience is a plus but not required Excellent time management skills
