Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and lengths of eyelash extensions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation protocols. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling products related to eyelash care and maintenance. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Skills

Proficient in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail and precision. Strong background in retail sales, with the ability to effectively upsell products.
